Every few months, I hold a karaoke in the large outbuildings of my garden. A lot of “old sods” attend but younger people are very welcome to join us.

You don’t have to sing at all; you can just dance or watch the others sing. Come along for the pleasant atmosphere and a chat!

IMPORTANT

Our karaoke is NOT in the “normal karaoke” style. Let me explain.

Normal style: The music tracks ONLY are played, without the vocals. This means as a singer you need to know when to start singing, so you need to know the song. Words are shown on a monitor and the music without the voices of the original song are played.

Our style: The song is played, as you know it: music tracks and vocals. Words are shown on a monitor. You sing over the voices of the song. In essence, you sing along with the song as you would hear it on the radio.

Fake microphones: For those who don’t like their voices to be heard through our sound system, we do provide “fake microphones”. 🙂 🙂 If you are one of those people, just grab a microphone with a white sticker on. Those are the fake ones. 🙂

DRINKS

Bring your own drinks and snacks and glasses. We have a large freezer and fridge for you to use. We provide coffee and tea free of charge but….. you’ve got to make it yourself. 🙂

RUBBISH

Please take away your empty bottles, glasses and rubbish.

PARKING

There is plenty of car park space in front of the karaoke barn.
